工厂概述与设备

An in-house production area that is constantly cooled at 16 degrees Celsius, combined with a -18°C cold storage that is compliant with GMP standards. Equipped with the ability to nitrogen blast freeze our products to -120°C in 90 minutes, up to a capacity of 60,000 kilograms a day with our 8-door cryogenic cabinets freezer – we carefully manage high standards of product quality while expertly preserving the fruits’ original flavours.
