Based in Raub of Pahang state in Malaysia, the company currently has more than 1,000 acres (400 hectares) of durians under cultivation comprising principally of the “Musang King” (D197) and the “Sultan King” (D24) durian varieties. The company produces several thousand tonnes per annum, sufficiently and sustainably to meet customers' fulfilments. M Durian Fruits upholds the highest quality in all of its products and services in compliance with international standards. We monitor everything carefully, from fruit production, packing, shipping and ultimately to our valued customers. We operate a modern processing plant, which consist more than 200,000 square feet (200 square metres).

Musang originates from the world “Gua Musang”, a town in Malaysia where the variety was first cloned and planted on a large scale. The flesh of the “Musang King” durian is golden yellow in colour and has a sticky, creamy texture. Its fragrance and smoothness is outstanding, making other durian varieties taste bland in comparison. The variety was officially registered by the Malaysian Ministry of Agriculture in 1993 as D197. Since then it is recognized as the “King” of all durians. “Musang” is also the Malaysian word for the Malaysian civet cat, an intelligent animal whose favorite fruit is the “Musang King” durian. We have adopted the Malaysian civet cat “musang” wearing a crown (signifying King) as our company’s mascot and logo.

猫山王(Musang King) 这个名字源自于与马来文同音的吉兰丹小镇-话望生(Gua Musang)，同时话望生小镇也是第一个将猫山王榴莲大量栽植的本地榴莲园。猫山王榴莲的特点是果肉金黄诱人，口感比一般榴莲吃起来更浓郁，更有层次感。自从大马农业部于是在1993年正式将猫山王榴莲登记为编号D197榴莲后猫山王便逐渐被世人认可为 “果王之王”， 榴莲中的极品。同时，由于猫山王香味浓郁,就连山猫都爱吃这种榴莲, 也就因此被命名为猫山王。我们公司的标志和吉祥物，便是一只戴着皇冠的山猫，象征着我们的榴莲品质，堪称王中之王。
